IPS-72 is the latest Soviet pilot harness used with the K-36 series of ejection seats. Used by pilots of Su-17/22, Su-24, Su-27, Mig-29 and Mig-31.

The red button on the torso lock has a white arrow that shows how to open it - first pull the button to the left and then out...
And here is this lock in open position. To close it, one needs to pull the button to the right and while holding it in that position push the lock back in place.
Close up on one of the chest area locks.
Chest lock is opened by pulling middle part out, then squeezing both red buttons and finally pilling the whole lock out.
Stamp located on the back of the harness. First line is the name - IPS-72 (pronounced as E-P-S-72), second line is the serial number followed by a encircled star with number "11" inside, which is probably the size of the harness.
