NPSh-M appears to be a copy of NPL-M logbook, but as the name suggest, it was made to be used by navigators. The only difference between it and the NPL-M is the name that appears on the cover and second and third pages inside of the logbook - they are similar to those in NPSh-M covers weather conditions, altitude, speed, height, time to the waypoint and other things that navigator should be taking care of. The flight calculator on the last page is an excat copy of the one in NPL-M.

Second and third pages of the NPSh-M. Second page is similar to the one in NPL-M, but take a closer look at the third one. It contains pretty much the same information as in NPL-M, but has more rows which cover information more commonly used by navigators.
The last page is a built-in flight calculator. it's similar to the one in NPL-M.
