KM-32AG mask is a modification of the original KM-32 design made to be worn with older style helmets, like ShL-50 series, and to be used on older types of aircraft. It's possible that helicopter pilots also wore this mask.

KM-32AG's body is similar to the original KM-32, but is optimized for low altitude flying and thus misses the pressure demand system (and associated with it thin air hose) located in the front of the mask.

Mask connects to the helmet via a single strap (regular KM-32 has two straps) that goes over the whole mask and has old style rounded hooks.

This picture clearly outlines all of the differences between the KM-32AG and regular KM-32 masks: single oxygen hose, missing center piece and single strap with old style hooks.
Close up on the front of the mask and missing pressure demand system. Also note old style (rounded off near the outer edge) mask attachment hooks.
Missing pressure demand system from the inside.
Microphone bump on the KM-32AG body contains same nomenclature as on the regular KM-32 mask. Letters "AG" are "stamped" with silver paint. This mask was made in 1985 - a bit surprisingly, as one would think that by that year old style helmets would be long gone from AF inventory.
My KM-32AG came with internal microphone installed; here is how it's placed inside of the mask. Normally microphone is covered with black rubber cover, but I took it off to show the microphone (part of the cover can be seen just above the mask).
